Our properties are perfect for those who enjoy spending time in a quiet and safe neighborhood setting. The monthly rent includes: Heat (radiant), water, cooking gas, surface parking and garbage. A large additional storage space is also included at no charge. Electricity and cable television/internet are the only utilities paid for by residents. A laundry facility is located in almost every building. No smoking, dogs or BBQ grills are allowed.

We are situated about 20 miles west of downtown Chicago between Interstates 355 and 294 in the highly sought after Village of Clarendon Hills. All of our locations are part of the acclaimed Hinsdale Central School District 86, and are less than a mile south of picturesque downtown Clarendon Hills with its charming shops, restaurants and Metra station. Prestigious downtown Hinsdale is only 2 miles east with more upscale shopping and unique restaurants. Our most westerly location is right next door in Westmont, and is also close to restaurants, businesses and a large fitness facility.
